2. Information in the inquiry form
Name, company, email, optional phone, selected service, project description and acknowledgement of this notice. Please do not send passwords, health information or other sensitive data. The form does not accept attachments.
3. Purpose and proposed basis
Information is used to review your inquiry and discuss a potential project. The intended basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, with applicable legitimate interests for business contacts and security subject to assessment. The checkbox acknowledges this notice and is not marketing consent. Bases must be confirmed in the pre-launch legal review.
4. Delivery and recipients
When enabled, inquiries are delivered through Resend to a configured business recipient. Processing terms, data locations and any applicable transfer safeguards must be reviewed before activation. Without configuration, messages are not delivered and the website explicitly reports that outcome.
5. Security and technical records
The application does not save inquiries to its own database or include their contents in application logs. Abuse prevention uses rate limits and a keyed hash of the IP address with a 15-minute expiry. Hosting, proxy and email providers may maintain separate records according to their configuration.
6. Retention and access
Before launch, retention and deletion periods for inquiries in the business mailbox, staff access and provider retention settings must be agreed. No final retention period is established in this draft. Data is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Use the listed phone number to contact us. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
